Service Scope

VPNSouth provides international route connections, client software and subscription configuration services, covering 90+ countries / 250+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The available routes and client download links are listed in the user panel. Coverage does not mean every location is suitable for every use case.

This service provides network connectivity only. It does not include accounts for third-party websites, content licenses or eligibility for paid services. When using third-party services, users must still follow their regional, account and content rules. For details on how personal information is handled, please read the Privacy Policy.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users should keep their login credentials and subscription configuration secure. Subscription links grant access and should not be published publicly or entrusted to others. If credentials are exposed or used suspiciously, change the password promptly and request assistance through a support ticket.

There is no device limit. Users may configure connections on devices they use themselves. An unlimited device allowance does not permit sharing access with others: accounts may not be resold, subscriptions may not be rented out, and account details or subscription configurations may not be shared to provide network access to others.

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Check the selected plan and order amount before paying.

Lawful Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their use of the service. Users are responsible for confirming that cross-border access and the content they access are lawful. The service must not be used for fraud, violations of others' privacy or intellectual property, distribution of unlawful content or any other illegal purpose.

Users must not use the service to carry out network attacks, malicious scans, spam campaigns or malware distribution, or to disrupt the normal operation of other users' or third parties' systems. Users are responsible for activity under their own accounts. These terms do not authorize any unlawful use.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. To apply, sign in to the relevant account and submit a refund request through a support ticket in the user panel, including order information that can help us verify the purchase. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied. Do not include your password or full subscription link in the ticket.

VPNSouth will verify the order and the date of the first payment, then provide updates on the refund through the ticket. Processing times may vary by payment channel; no uniform arrival time is guaranteed. Once a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with the refunded order end. These terms do not limit any other remedies users may have under applicable law.

Service Availability and Liability

Connection quality depends on the local network, carrier routing, the target website's status and device configuration. Route maintenance, network faults or changes to third-party rules may cause temporary interruptions or changes in access. The service does not guarantee a fixed speed, continuous availability or uninterrupted access to any particular website.

If an issue occurs, provide the operating system, route name and error message to help with troubleshooting. The parties' responsibilities for impacts caused by third-party platform changes, device issues or events beyond reasonable control will be determined according to the specific circumstances and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

For unlawful use, resale or sharing of access, interference with network operations or other violations of these terms, VPNSouth may restrict connections, suspend service or terminate an account. Any action should be proportionate to the conduct and risk involved. Users who disagree with an action may request a review through a support ticket. Account action does not automatically cancel any refund rights users have under applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Important changes affecting subscription benefits will be explained in an announcement on the site or a notice in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce the benefits agreed for orders that have already taken effect. If you have questions about a change, confirm it through a support ticket before continuing to use the service.
