This policy explains how VPNSouth handles data across its website, user panel, and subscription services. Account management data and content accessed through international routes are treated separately, as explained below. Third-party payment services also apply their own data policies.
Account and Order Data
No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNSouth does not require an email address for registration. Please do not include personal information unrelated to your request in your username or support tickets. Your password is used for authentication and should not be shared in a support ticket.
This service processes account identifiers, subscription status, summarized data usage, order amounts, transaction status, and support records to provide subscriptions, verify payments, calculate remaining data, and handle refunds. Usage summaries are used for billing and do not include a list of websites visited. Screenshots and issue descriptions submitted in a support ticket are used only to resolve the related issue.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNSouth does not record which websites users access through this service, store browsing history, detailed DNS queries, or communication content, or create activity profiles that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity.
While a connection is active, the system processes the current session state to handle authentication, data forwarding, and usage calculations. This connection state is used only for as long as the session requires. Connection logs linking a source address, destination address, and connection time to an individual account are not persistently stored; temporary state is released when the session ends. Account usage summaries and order records are handled under the retention principles below and are not considered browsing logs.
Access Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page views, entry-point clicks, and site usage. They may include the pages visited, referral sources, browser types, and interaction events. These analytics relate to use of the website, not browsing activity on subscription routes. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, or subscription credentials as analytics data.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface settings. Login credentials remain in the current browser, and logging out should clear the login state. After using a shared device, log out of the panel and clear the site's stored data. Browsers can restrict cookies or delete local data, but you may need to log in again or reset preferences. Clearing browser data does not also delete server-side orders.
Third-Party Payments and Necessary Disclosures
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are completed through the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network. VPNSouth confirms service delivery using the order identifier, amount, and payment result; do not provide payment account passwords through a support ticket. Third parties may process transaction data independently. Refer to the information shown at payment for details; records on public transaction networks are outside this service's control.
This service does not sell personal data. When information must be provided to fulfill an order, resolve a dispute, or comply with applicable law, only information relevant and necessary to that matter will be disclosed. Access to account and support data is also limited to what is needed to perform the relevant work.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and support records are kept until transaction reconciliation, after-sales disputes, and applicable statutory retention obligations are complete. Access analytics are retained only for as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or de-identified; they are not kept indefinitely.
To access, correct, or delete data, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, specifying the data involved. This service will verify account ownership before processing the request. Records related to pending orders, disputes, or legal obligations may not be deletable right away; we will explain the reason. Deleting an account may affect subscription access, so please check for unresolved service matters first.
Policy Updates and Questions
Policy changes will be published on this page, and the updated month will be shown at the top. Material changes to processing purposes, data types, or user rights will be announced through the website or user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained as applicable.
